Consciousness and awareness can be nurtured in many ways, and one powerful approach is to focus on the subtle details around us. Symbols, numbers, words, and experiences each carry an energy that connects deeply with our consciousness. This is why my paintings are filled with numbers, words, and symbols. For me, these elements are more than visual details—they are tools for meditation. They help me center myself, cultivate peace, and radiate love through my creative process.
